Shipping policy
Every Toyshub order is packed with care and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.
Shipping options
- Standard (Australia Post): $10 per order, or free on orders over $50. Usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Express: $15 per order. Usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer, and delays can happen during busy periods such as Christmas.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email us at liangzhitao88@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we can't redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.
