These terms apply when you visit our website or buy from Toyshub ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in shape, colour and texture are normal for squishy toys.

Age and safety

Our squishies are toys recommended for ages 6+. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Young children should always be supervised during play. Our products are not food and must not be eaten. Please stop using a squishy if its skin tears.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices may change from time to time, but changes won't affect orders you have already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed with an obvious pricing error. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under that law.
